Questions.  When will my order arrive?

Reply. Most orders are processed within 2-4 working days of ordering with the exception of orders placed on weekends (Friday-Sunday), orders placed during the weekend period will be processed the next working day (Monday).

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address specified on your order when the order has been shipped with your tracking number.

All orders are shipped fully tracked from our nearest warehouse based on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. We use our shipping partners such as DHL & Royal mail.

Questions.  Has my order been shipped yet?

Reply. Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched, but please check your SPAM/Junk box in case it slipped there. If you can't find your shipping email or think you may have deleted it, you can contact us at  luxurynation2@gmail.com and we can provide you with real-time information on whether or not your order has been shipped.


Questions.  My item is broken or damaged, what can I do?

Reply. If your product is damaged, please take pictures and send them to us at  luxurynation2@gmail.com. We are not responsible for damage to boxes, crates or other packaging. We always make sure that we protect the product adequately. However, it is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.

Questions.  I ordered 2 or more items, why have I only received one?

Reply. When you order several items at a time, they may be sent separately, as the products are sent from different warehouses that we own. It may be that you receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once...they will get to you!

Questions.  I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do that?

Reply. We always do our best to cancel your order, but if your order has already been shipped or processed, we cannot cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes provided your order has not already been dispatched. If your order has been shipped, we cannot change the order, but we are always happy to return it if you wish.

Questions.  My order still hasn't arrived, can you help me?

Reply. First, don't worry, it's on its way. If your order has taken longer than 4 weeks from dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate for you. We encourage you to give us this time before contacting us. We offer a money back guarantee or will have your order reshipped.

Questions.  I entered the wrong address for my order, can I change it?

Reply. If you have provided the wrong delivery address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped or processed, we can update your delivery address without any problems. If the order has been shipped or processed, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

Questions.  Why haven't I received a confirmation email after placing the order?

Reply. There is a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder, so please check there. If you still can't find it and would like it sent again, please let us know.

Questions.  I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

Reply. When you receive your sent email it will mostly be there, if not you can email us at  luxurynation2@gmail.com to get an update on your tracking. Allow 1-3 days for your tracking to update on the carriers system.


Questions.  What are the payment options available?

Reply. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

Questions.  What are your shipping costs and do you offer free shipping?

Reply. All orders from LuxuryNation come with free shipping.
