All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, delivery takes about 3-5 days for domestic orders and 7-21 days for international orders depending on the country.

Jewellery Care Tips

Avoid Exposure to Chemicals:

Jewellery can tarnish or become damaged when exposed to harsh chemicals like perfume, hairspray, lotions, chlorine, and cleaning products. Always apply beauty products before putting on your jewellery and remove your pieces before using household cleaners or going swimming.

Store Properly:

Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, ideally in a fabric-lined jewellery box or pouch. Keeping pieces separate helps avoid tangling and scratches, especially with delicate chains or softer gemstones.

Use anti-tarnish strips for silver jewelry to reduce exposure to oxygen and moisture, which can cause tarnishing.

Regular Cleaning:

Gently clean your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth or microfiber cloth to maintain its shine. Avoid abrasive materials, which could scratch metals or stones.

For deep cleaning, soak most jewelry in a mixture of warm water and mild soap, then use a soft brush to gently remove dirt. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a clean cloth.
